Vishal is the Chief Behavioural Scientist at Behavioural by Design — on a mission to make behaviour change tools more accessible for social, environmental and wellbeing outcomes. As a global practitioner he has embedded behavioural science into the heart of strategy for NZ Police, Starbucks (USA), Adobe (USA/ India), Public Health England (UK) and Westminster Council (UK) and many more.

Juliette has a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Cambridge. She enjoyed stints as a lecturer and research officer at globally-renowned institutions including the University of British Columbia, the University of Sydney, Bond University, and Kaplan University. She has also published a number of journal articles in leading psychology and neuroscience journals.
